Privacy

This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. It is a plain-words summary, and the clinic's own privacy practices for your care are explained at your first visit.

What you send us

If you use a message form, we receive your name, email, phone number, how and when you would like us to reach you and your message. The team and event request also asks for your organization and the date. We use them to reply to you and to arrange a visit or coverage, and for nothing else.

Please do not put medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.

What this site does not do

This site has no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no pixels and no recording of what you do on a page. It does not sell or rent your information.

Booking and your records

When you choose a time on our scheduling page, you leave this site for the page of the company that runs it, which has its own privacy policy. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We share an athlete's plan with a coach or trainer only with the athlete's permission, or a parent's.
