For teams and schools
Clubs, schools and leagues work with us under a written agreement. Your athletic trainer or coach stays in charge of the team.
Pre-season screens
We screen athletes' movement at your facility or ours and give each athlete a plain summary.
Practice and game coverage
A physical therapist at practices or games, by agreement, checks tape, sore spots and movement.
Plans your trainer can read
After an injury, we send the plan in writing to the family and, with permission, to your trainer.
One named therapist
Each team has a therapist at a nearby clinic who knows the schedule and the sport.
We work beside your athletic trainer
We do not replace your trainer or your emergency plan. We write to a trainer or coach only with the athlete's permission, or a parent's. Whether an athlete plays is decided by the athlete's physician, your league's rules and the athlete.
Plans in plain words, not a date
Questions answered by phone or in person
Emergencies go to 911 and your emergency plan first

How an agreement starts
Three steps, and no cost to ask.
- 01
Step 1: Tell us about your program
Your sport, your schedule, your athletic trainer if you have one, and what you want covered.
- 02
Step 2: We visit
A physical therapist walks your facility and talks with your coach or trainer.
- 03
Step 3: You get it in writing
What we will do, when, and how it is paid for, quoted before the first date.
Request team care or event coverage
Tell us who you are and what you need. We reply on the next working day.
Questions from athletic directors
Who pays for coverage?
The club, school or host pays under a written agreement that we quote before the first date. Athletes are not billed for team coverage.
Do you replace our athletic trainer?
No. We work beside your trainer and follow your emergency plan.
What about emergencies?
Call 911 and use your emergency plan. We help with movement and sore spots, not emergencies. The host arranges emergency medical services for an event.
