Return to sport
Rehab after an injury or surgery, built on what your sport asks of you, and ending with a plan you and your coach can read.
This care is for you if
You are coming back from a sprain, a tear or surgery
Your coach or trainer wants to know where you stand
You would rather pass tests than guess at a date
Your sport has cutting, jumping or contact that needs practice

What a visit looks like
What we do
Strength and movement work first, then drills from your sport, one step at a time. At each step we test what you can do and agree what comes next.
What decides how many visits
What your physician or surgeon sets, how your body responds and what your sport demands. Your therapist talks it through with you at each step.
Who treats you
A physical therapist leads your care. A physical therapist assistant may guide drills under their direction.
Meet the teamHow it is paid for
With your plan or by paying yourself. We tell you what to expect before your first visit.
How fees workWhen to see a doctor first
If your surgeon or physician set limits, we follow them. A hard hit to the head, numbness, or pain that wakes you at night needs a physician first.
What to bring
Clothes and shoes you train in, your plan card and a photo ID. Bring any brace or tape you use, and your doctor's or surgeon's instructions.
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
Questions about this care
Will you tell me when I can play?
We write down what you can and cannot do yet, and share it with your coach or trainer if you or your parent agree. Your physician, your league's rules and you decide whether you play.
Do I need to see my surgeon first?
Follow your surgeon's schedule. Bring their instructions to your first visit, and we work inside them.
